{"id":868,"date":"2014-08-05T11:15:32","date_gmt":"2014-08-05T09:15:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ss3.at\/Holzwerker\/?p=868"},"modified":"2016-05-11T06:30:34","modified_gmt":"2016-05-11T04:30:34","slug":"brotkasten-aus-zirbenholz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ss3.at\/Holzwerker\/2014\/08\/05\/brotkasten-aus-zirbenholz\/","title":{"rendered":"Brotkasten aus Zirbenholz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>W\u00e4hrend eines routinem\u00e4\u00dfigen Zahnarztbesuches wurde ich von der netten Zahnarztassistentin gefragt, ob ich ihr nicht eine Brotdose machen k\u00f6nnte.<br \/>\nDa ihr Brotverbrauch sehr gering ist und ihr\u00a0das Brot manchmal &#8222;schlecht&#8220; wird, m\u00f6chte sie einen\u00a0Brotkasten aus Zirbenholz. Zirbenholz hat sie recherchiert, soll die Haltbarkeit (durch die antibakterielle Wirkung) vom Brot steigern.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem die Masse ausgetauscht wurden, und sie mir erz\u00e4hlt hat, dass die Dose in einer Schublade zum Einsatz kommt, habe ich mich f\u00fcr ein Modell entschieden, wo der Deckel von oben zum \u00d6ffnen ist und als Schneidbrett fungieren kann.<br \/>\nDa Zirbenholz sehr (&#8222;extrem&#8220;) weich ist wurde, wurde das am Deckel oben liegende Schneidbrett aus hartem Eschenholz gemacht und mit Nuten f\u00fcr die Brotkr\u00fcmel \ud83d\ude42 versehen.<\/p>\n<div
