{"id":6469,"date":"2017-03-26T11:23:06","date_gmt":"2017-03-26T09:23:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ss3.at\/Holzwerker\/?p=6469"},"modified":"2019-05-17T15:15:12","modified_gmt":"2019-05-17T13:15:12","slug":"schleifhuelsen-selbst-gemacht","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ss3.at\/Holzwerker\/2017\/03\/26\/schleifhuelsen-selbst-gemacht\/","title":{"rendered":"Schleifh\u00fclsen selbst gemacht"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Damit ich kleine Rundungen zuk\u00fcnftig vern\u00fcnftig schleifen kann, habe ich mir einen oszillierenden Spindelschleifer von Scheppach (osm 100) gekauft.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" id=\"gmedia-image-1876\" class=\"gmedia-singlepic alignnone\" title=\"DSC08033\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ss3.at\/Holzwerker\/wp-content\/grand-media\/image\/thumb\/DSC08033.jpg\" alt=\"DSC08033\" width=\"300\" height=\"397\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Notwendige Schleifh\u00fclsen sind (exorbitant) teuer. F\u00fcr ein St\u00fcck Schleifh\u00fclse (13mm) verlangt der Hersteller 12 Euro. Da muss es eine eigene kosteng\u00fcnstigere L\u00f6sung geben!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Die Idee ist, dass 50mm breites Schleifpapier plus Klebeband, so um einen Hilfszylinder gewickelt wird, dass daraus eine fertige H\u00fclse entsteht. Dadurch kann ich mir jederzeit bei Bedarf selber Schleifh\u00fclsen wickeln und dass auch noch in der gew\u00fcnschten K\u00f6rnung. Nat\u00fcrlich nur m\u00f6glich, wenn entsprechendes Schleifpapier zu Hause ist \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Der Hersteller liefert Gummih\u00fclsen zur Aufnahme der Schleifh\u00fclsen in den Gr\u00f6\u00dfen 19,26,37,51 und 76mm mit. Leider bemerkte ich nach einigen Tagen, dass sich vereinzelt das Schleifpapier vom Klebeband gel\u00f6st hat, was zwar kein wirkliches Problem darstellt, weil es einfach wieder zur\u00fcckgedr\u00fcckt werden kann, jedoch l\u00e4stig ist. Deshalb verwende ich ab sofort eine neues, faserverst\u00e4rktes Tape, welches sich nicht mehr abl\u00f6st \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nDas Beste ist aber, dass man die h\u00f6lzernen Hilfszylinder gar nicht mehr braucht! Das Schleifpapier kann gleich direkt auf die Gummih\u00fclsen gewickelt werden! eingespannt<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr jene die es nachbauen wollen: Wichtig! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfenangaben des Herstellers sind gerundete Werte und m\u00fcssen direkt von der Gummih\u00fclse selbst abgemessen werden! Am besten erfolgt dies mit einem Messschieber. So hat zb die 51mm H\u00fclse in Wahrheit 50,4mm im Durchmesser.<\/strong> Damit das gesamte System sp\u00e4ter auch wirklich einwandfrei funktioniert, sind die Durchmesser der Hilfszylinder exakt auf die Durchmesser der Gummih\u00fclsen zu drechseln!<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 581px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" id=\"gmedia-image-1870\" class=\"gmedia-singlepic\" title=\"Der exakte Durchmesser ist ganz wichtig\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ss3.at\/Holzwerker\/wp-content\/grand-media\/image\/thumb\/DSC08012.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"571\" height=\"300\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Der exakte Durchmesser ist ganz wichtig<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Zur Vereinfachung habe ich mir auf dem Hilfszylinder die Wickelrichtung aufgezeichnet! W\u00fcrde n\u00e4mlich das Schleifpapier sp\u00e4ter falsch aufgewickelt werden, w\u00fcrde es nicht lange halten und gleich runterfliegen. Mit der richtigen Wickelrichtung ist durch die Spiralwindung gew\u00e4hrleistet, dass sich das Papier mit dem Klebeband selber &#8222;festzieht&#8220; und somit stramm bleibt.<\/p>\n<p>Damit das Handling sp\u00e4ter leichter von statten geht, sollte das Holz l\u00e4nger als die H\u00fclsenl\u00e4nge sein.
