Damit unsere\u00a0kleinen Neffen, Nichten und Enkel etwas zum Spielen haben, wenn sie uns besuchen, habe ich mehrere Fahrzeuge aus Buchenholz gemacht. Herstellung der Fahrzeug-Bodies<br \/>\n<\/strong>Urspr\u00fcnglich wollte ich alle Bodies mittels CNC-Fr\u00e4se (Solidis) machen. W\u00e4hrend die ersten 4 St\u00fcck sich ohne Probleme sich fr\u00e4sen lie\u00dfen, war es beim F\u00fcnften wie verhext.! \ud83d\ude41 Es hat mir Sage und Schreibe 4 Fr\u00e4ser gekostet \ud83d\ude41 , welche andauern abgebrochen sind. \ud83d\ude41 Ich bin dann umgestiegen auf die Dekupiers\u00e4ge. Erst sp\u00e4ter konnte ich die Ursache ermitteln. Das Holz vom F\u00fcnften Body war n\u00e4mlich nicht wie alle anderen aus Buche, sondern aus z\u00e4her Esche, wo die programmierten Vorschubgeschwindigkeiten der CNC-Fr\u00e4se wohl zu hoch waren.
