Deshalb habe ich fixe Anschlaghilfen (Jigs) gebaut, die das aufwendige Einmessen \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig machen sollen.<\/p>\n<h2>Einsatz dieser Anschlaghilfen:<\/h2>\n<div style=\"width: 384px\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ansicht von hinten<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Die notwendigen Masse f\u00fcr die Herstellung habe ich live von der Festool F\u00fchrungsschiene vor Ort abgenommen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Fertigung der Nuten mit engen Toleranzen auf dem Fr\u00e4stisch sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass die Anschlaghilfen von selber auf der Schiene haften bleiben sollen.<\/p>\n<p>Anwendung:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Die Anschlaghilfen werden an den Enden auf die Festoolschiene gesteckt.<\/li>\n<li>Die Schiene wird bis zum Anschlag der Anschlaghilfen verschoben.<\/li>\n<li>Anschlie\u00dfend wird die Schiene wie \u00fcblich mit den Zwingen befestigt.<\/li>\n<li>Anschlaghilfen werden entfernt.<\/li>\n<li>Schnitt wird durchgef\u00fchrt<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>F\u00fcr die langen H\u00f6lzer habe ich ein Drittes gebaut, damit die Leimh\u00f6lzer auch in der Mitte parallel sind.<\/p>\n<p>Ich m\u00f6chte diese kleinen
